Welcome to Baseline Wind

The early-stage Baseline Wind project has the siting capacity and wind resource potential for up to 500 megawatts (MW).  The project is located in the heart of the established Columbia Gorge wind resource area. Baseline Wind will be situated on private lands farmed for wheat in northern Gilliam County, approximately 15 miles south of Arlington adjacent to state Highway 19. Baseline Wind would continue the tradition of wind investment in this region to benefit the local economy, proving both new jobs and tax revenue.
