We are expanding our North American operations and are looking for a Land and Right-of-Way Acquisition Expert in New Mexico. The job position would be based in Albuquerque, New Mexico or eastern New Mexico.

Land Specialist

Roles and responsibilities:

Work closely with Business Development leads to:

• Acquire land through options and leases;
• Negotiate options, leases and easements for wind farms and associated facilities;
• Manage landowner relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

Land leasing or right-of-way experience on wind farm and transmission lines.

Personal profile:

Self starter and able to work in entrepreneurial culture. Able build and maintain relationships with landowners and understand farming and logging concerns.
