Chris Swartley is responsible for project origination, development and partnerships/acquisitions for First Wind’s portfolio in the Northeastern United States.
Since joining First Wind in 2004, Mr. Swartley developed the 125MW Cohocton Wind Farm Project in New York State. To date, this is the second largest wind farm in the Northeast. Prior to joining First Wind, Mr. Swartley was a Manager at Global Winds Harvest and was part of the development team of the 24MW Bear Creek Wind Farm in Pennsylvania.
