Prior to First Wind, Ms. Erickson served for 4 years as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Monster Worldwide. During her tenure with Monster her focus was on providing the company with the capabilities to attract, develop, and retain the highest caliber talent in the industry and to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Prior to Monster Worldwide, Ms. Erickson was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for StorageNetworks where she provided strategic HR direction for the emerging company during a period of rapid organic growth. She has also held a variety of Human Resource roles at Honeywell Bull, Computervision, I-Cube/Razorfish and Shiva.
